Further assaults on the planet
It always amazes me how conspiracy theories grow feet when the math of conspiracy rarely adds up. In my study of history, governments are too unwieldy to concoct and execute consistent conspiracies that go their way time after time. They occasionally get lucky and some conspiracies work. Most do not -- they fail miserably. And yet, the ignorant and lazy among the conspiracy intellectuals (especially on the left, curiously) spew forth countless unfounded theories in a cottage industry of hip-shooting paranoia. Check it out. The "government" could never hold together a sophisticated plot to ram planes into buildings on 911, even if it wanted to. The government, or people within a rogue element of government could never hold that truth from getting out to the public.
So, conspiracy crazies, show me your success statistics. Show me your proof of high-level, successful conspiracy that has successfully been covered up. JFK? Rozwell? Yes. 911? No way. Al-Qaeda did it easily. Me and a bunch of my drunken college buddies could have pulled it off. Get smart, people. Most events are beyond our contol. And when they are, we're lucky that our measley plans coincide with the Master Plan.
