Connecting to the Source

As I went through the day today, I vascillated between being totally in my ego self -- and in the alternative of being totally aware of Eternity around me. I've been working for years to learn how to consciously become aware (at any one moment) of Total Eternity Universe around me. This awareness of the entire Universe all at once around, and in, and through me is what I call tapping into the Source. In any moment where I am aware of the Source, I cannot be in ego at that moment. The two states (Source and ego) cannot occupy the same space in my consciousness at the same time. So, when I am stuck in self -- the ego -- I am cut off from the Source of Everything. The Source is not in the world of the physical. My ego is always rooted in the physical. The Source is all from the world of the Spirit -- the world of the formless. My ego is of the world of the physical -- the world of form. The world of Spirit manifests and forms physical reality. Ego is not aware of this fact -- that the ego and all physical reality is, in essence, an illusion. The Source, in its role of creator and manifester, is the real reality. And it is invisible. Material, on the other hand, is visible but NOT real. Illusion.

So I can sit in the world of form and instantly become aware of the invisible world of formless Spirit that is the engine behind all the physical manifestations around me. I observe it with glee. When I sit there and I am aware of the Source at work around me -- creating its physical manifestations in constant motion, I am out of ego and in the Source. And when I am in Source, I'm always happy and content in that moment. I am in bliss when I am aware of the Source.

It's that simple. First learn about Source from all the masters of the past. Then practice going into and out of the Source. Then try to stay in there as long as you can without losing touch with the physical world. After all, we are in the physical body, and staying in the Source for too long will make you lose total touch with your body and all that can mean -- institutionalization or even death. So be careful. Take short forays into the Source. Learn to touch base with it just long enough for the Source to fill your "spiritual tank." The Spiritual tank fills you with light so that you can do the dance of the Source. This dance is what it's all about in mastering life and balancing the Source light with ego darkness..
